The agreement between GarageMate and your workshop

By accessing or using GarageMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
GarageMate provides a mobile application and web platform for garage management, including digital job cards, billing, customer CRM, and automated reminders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Certain features of the service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Your use of GarageMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into the system, but you grant us a license to use that data to provide and improve our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
GarageMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
