- Microphone Access: We may request access to your device's microphone to enable voice-to-text input. This allows mechanics and staff to record service notes and job card details hands-free. Audio is processed for the sole purpose of transcription and is not stored as raw audio files on our servers.
- Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use, including the hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Information: We collect logs about your use of our services, including the type of browser you use, access times, and pages viewed.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services (such as generating job cards and invoices).
- To enable voice input features for faster service logging and hands-free operation.
- To automate WhatsApp reminders for your customers regarding vehicle service and billing.
